THE MIND OBSTACLES

The installation was designed and implemented for Techstart Startup Weekend Catania 2018, the most famous international format in the world, with more than 4500 editions in 150 countries.

 
Startup Weekend is a 54-hour weekend event, during which groups of developers, business managers, startup enthusiasts, marketing gurus, graphic artists and more pitch ideas for new startup companies, form teams around those ideas, and work to develop a working prototype, demo, or presentation by Sunday evening.

 
The installation tries to retrace the path faced by the mind during the research and development of the idea.

 
During the 3 days, the participants took part of the life and mutation of a space that initially presented itself only full of obstacles and that in the days was enriched with opportunities and knowledge, in the form of videos and tips created ad hoc by the mentors for the participating teams.
